• Weekly or longer rent from Saturday to Saturday or Monday to Monday.
• The rates include: bed, bath and kitchen linen per person with weekly change, electricity and all taxes.
• Parking-place: € 30,00 per week (one parking place for apartment).
• Confirmatory deposit: 50% of the total lease amount. Clients will be charged for any bank commissions.
• The apartments will be at your disposal not later than 5 p.m. on the arrival day. On the departure day the apartment should be left in the same conditions as found and not later than 10 a.m.
• The cleaning of the apartment is under the client’s care, while the departure cleaning (not included in the rates) is provided by our staff and has to be paid at check-out. The apartment has to be left in good conditions.
• Additional linen pack: € 15,00.
• Children up to 2 years without extra-bed or baby cot are free, if they need baby cot the price is € 42,00 per week.
• Breakfast € 8,00 per person/ day, € 54,00 per person/week.
• Free WIFI & Internet Point at the Reception
• No pets allowed

Weekly or longer rent from Saturday to Saturday or from Monday to Monday – the indicated periods are to be brought forward two days for locations running from Monday to Monday.
